Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Driver – White Goods Delivery

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Day Shifts (Start times typically between 05:00 – 07:00)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our client’s team, delivering white goods to residential and commercial customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a long-term position with the potential for permanent employment.

You will be working with a driver’s mate to complete multi-drop deliveries of household appliances. The role requires manual handling, a good work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle for home deliveries of white goods.

• Working with a driver’s mate to safely load/unload appliances.

• Delivering to customer homes and businesses in a professional manner.

• Completing delivery paperwork accurately and returning it daily.

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.

• Complying with all road safety and driver working time regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) licence.

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.

• Previous experience in 7.5T multi-drop or white goods delivery preferred.

• Good level of physical fitness – manual handling required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
