Admin Assistant – £15/hr – SE1 (Near Waterloo) – Mon to Sat – Weekly Pay
We’re currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a busy team based in SE1 7DR, just a short walk from Waterloo. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who’s confident using systems and happy to support both customers and internal teams.
Role Details:
Location: SE1 7DR
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30 (6 days a week)
Pay: £15 per hour – paid weekly (every Wednesday)
Duration: 1 month confirmed, with potential for extension
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating quotes and processing customer orders
Liaising with suppliers to get the best prices
Handling customer queries and providing product availability
Updating pricing and customer data in internal systems
Using spreadsheets to manage and update data
Supporting the trading counter and delivering great customer service
Carrying out general admin tasks across different departments
Assisting the wider team, including transport, to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Previous admin or sales support experience
Confident using systems and working with data
Friendly, reliable, and a good communicator
Happy to work Monday to Saturday
