Workchain is currently looking for a reliable and experienced Car/Van Driver to join our client in Lancaster on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a variety of vehicles to transport goods and materials as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and driving vehicles safely and responsibly
- Transporting goods and materials from one location to another
- Loading and unloading vehicles as needed
- Planning routes and ensuring timely deliveries
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the vehicle
- Reporting any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities
Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Previous experience as a Car/Van Driver preferred
- Good knowledge of Lancaster and surrounding areas
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing schedules
- Strong communication and customer service skills
