- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a field service engineer in the driving industry
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
