Our client is a well-established and reputable company within the food distribution sector, operating a clean, efficient, and fast-paced warehouse in the Thame (OX9) area. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Bendi/Flexi Driver to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong work ethic and experience in warehousing and forklift operations, particularly those who have worked within food or temperature-controlled environments.

Role Overview:

As a Forklift Bendi/Flexi Driver, you will play a key role in the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the facility, ensuring all goods are handled appropriately and in line with food safety and warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck to move stock throughout the warehouse.

• Loading and unloading pallets from delivery vehicles.

• Transporting goods to and from storage locations within the warehouse.

• Picking and placing stock in allocated racking and storage zones.

• Ensuring accuracy of inventory movements and proper documentation where required.

• Performing daily equipment checks and reporting any faults.

• Adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially those related to food handling.

• Supporting with general warehouse duties when required, such as picking and packing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Bendi or Flexi forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent accredited).

• Proven experience working within a warehouse environment, preferably in food or FMCG distribution.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
