Job Title: Class 2 HIAB Grab Driver
Location: Heanor, Derbyshire
Salary: £16 - £19 per hour, dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Start Time: 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 HIAB Grab Driver to join our client’s team in Heanor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver to work with a reputable company, delivering and collecting materials across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Class 2 vehicle equipped with a HIAB grab attachment.
Deliver and collect materials safely and efficiently to customer sites.
Ensure all loads are secure and comply with road safety regulations.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
Valid HIAB (Grab) certification.
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Previous experience operating a HIAB Grab is essential.
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations related to transport and lifting.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
