Shifts: 19:00 Start | 10-12 hour shifts

We are currently seeking a Class 1 ADR Driver to join our team in Barton-le-Clay, delivering hazardous packages safely and efficiently. If you have the relevant experience, qualification, and a strong commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Trunking: Depot to depot deliveries of hazardous goods.

• ADR Packages: Delivering hazardous packages safely, following all ADR regulations.

• Shift Hours: You will start at 19:00 each evening, with shifts typically lasting 10-12 hours.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety regulations, road laws, and company procedures.

• Vehicle Checks: Performing daily checks on the vehicle to ensure it's roadworthy and safe.

• Route Planning: Navigating the most efficient routes while ensuring compliance with all driving regulations.

Essential Requirements:

• Class 1 HGV Licence (C+E).

• ADR Qualification (with relevant endorsements for carrying hazardous goods).

• Previous ADR Experience in trunking or hazardous goods deliveries.

• No More Than 6 Points on your driving licence.

• Strong Knowledge of Road Safety & Compliance: Must have a clear understanding of ADR regulations and general transport law.

• Excellent Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

• Physical Stamina: The role involves long hours and some manual handling of packages.
