HGV Class 1 Driver

 

We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers for our well established client based in Riddings, near Alfreton. Established in 1998 our client specialises in general haulage and warehousing.

 

The Role

 

The HGV Class 1 driver will be delivering palletised freight around the UK that will be offloaded at your destination. There is no handball required with this role. A typical route will include 1/2 deliveries with 1/2 collections on your way back to the depot, even on collections there will be no handball involved.

 

Requirement For This Role

 

Full & valid UK Driving licence

No more than 6 Points

Valid C+E Entitlement

Over 25 years of age

Valid Digital Tacho & CPC Card

Safety boots & high viz vest (customer requirements on their sites)

 

Hours:

 

The work will be completed Monday to Friday and will only be on a day run basis. Starting at 06:00 and finishing at 16:00 you will be garunteed 45-50 hours per week.
