Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Wigan
Hours: 6am/7am starts - 45 - 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £15 - £16 per hour

Workchain is currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Wigan on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and driving HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and vehicle mileage
- Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence
- CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
