Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

This is working a leading haulage client. The usual work that they will have is going from the depot in Burntwood to Palletforce in Burntwood, then up to J29 on the M6 for a trailer swap then back down through pallet force and then back to the depot in Burntwood. 10 - 11 hour nights. Ad hoc work and also ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to transport goods to various locations
- Adhere to all road and safety regulations while driving
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to the relevant authorities
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license
- CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver - Less than 6 points
- Good knowledge of UK roads and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay Rate: £19 per hour
