Workchain is currently seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Burntwood on a temporary basis. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations.

This is working a leading haulage client. The usual work that they will have is going from the depot in Burntwood to Palletforce in Burntwood, then up to J29 on the M6 for a trailer swap then back down through pallet force and then back to the depot in Burntwood. 10 - 11 hour nights. Ad hoc work and also ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately
- Adhering to all road and traffic regulations
- Providing excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license
- CPC qualification
- Digi tacho card
- Minimum of 2 years experience and less than 6 points!!!
