We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Chepstow. This is a permanent position in the driving industry with a competitive pay rate of £18 to £21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maneuver a variety of HGV vehicles
- Transport goods and materials to and from various locations
- Adhere to all driving laws and regulations
- Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
Qualifications Required:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license
- CPC qualification
- Previous experience as an HGV driver
- Good driving record with no major convictions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
