Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Workchain is currently seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a temporary position in Tamworth. Due to the location of the client, you will be required to have your own transport! For this run, you will mostly be doing night trunking work to Holyhead port and back. Due to the nature of this run and the time it can take, the starts can vary a little bit between 1800 - 2100 and are longer days. If you are looking for 8 hours a day, this isn't the one for you. If you want longer hours then this will fit the brief.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle
- Transport goods to various destinations
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Adhere to all road and safety regulations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license
- CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of UK road networks

Pay Rate: £17-£18 per hour
