Workchain are currently recruiting for a Laser Punch Setter to join our client in Loughborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts in the technical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate laser punch machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:
- Previous experience setting up and operating laser punch machines
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
