Workchain is currently looking for a Production Operative to join our client's team in Warminster. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production line, maintaining quality control standards and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitoring and maintaining production line efficiency
- Conducting quality checks on products
- Assisting with the packing and stacking of products
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required
