Workchain is currently recruiting for a Pallet Repairer to join our client in Shirehampton. As a Pallet Repairer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and refurbishing pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting pallets for damage and wear
- Repairing or replacing damaged components
- Sanding and refinishing pallets
- Assembling pallets using hand and power tools
- Sorting pallets based on size and type
- Maintaining accurate records of pallet inventory

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and quality focused
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
