Workchain is currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Recycling Operative to join our client based in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and separating recyclable materials
- Operating machinery and equipment for recycling purposes
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the recycling facility
- Assisting with the transportation of materials within the facility
- Other general duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
