Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers at the trade counter, providing excellent customer service
- Handling phone enquiries and orders
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Training into a sales assistant
- Assisting with stocktaking and inventory management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a trade counter environment is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electrical products is desirable

Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.71 per hour
