Workchain is currently looking for a Trade Counter Operative to join our client in Great Yarmouth. As a Trade Counter Operative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and supporting the day-to-day operations of the trade counter.

Key Responsibilities:

A DRIVING LICENCE AND VAN DRIVING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE - TO COVER ANY SHORTFALLS IN DELIVERIES
- Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing product recommendations
- Processing orders, ensuring accurate stock levels and managing deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
- Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial sector
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of industrial products and materials
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
