Warehouse Operatives Wanted – Various Locations (MK, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Luton, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Biggleswade)

We’re currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our clients across the region. These roles are ideal for individuals who are flexible, hands-on, and keen to work as part of a team.

Pay Rates: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (depending on role and location)

Role Details:

• General warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and unloading

• Use of scanners and basic computer systems (training provided)

• Some positions may involve heavy lifting and manual handling

• Temporary roles available, with opportunities for Temp to Perm contracts

• Flexible shifts depending on client requirements (days, nights, weekends)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not essential)

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Willingness to adapt to different tasks as required
