Workchain is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in High Wycombe. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff
- Ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implementing and maintaining warehouse safety standards
- Monitoring inventory levels and stock movements
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve performance targets
- Training and developing warehouse staff
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
