Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor, audit and update internal quality systems based on ISO9001, ISO14001 requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the implementation of quality processes and standards across the business·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work with internal teams to investigate customer complaints and support where needed·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gather and collate data to support the preparation of statistical reports·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements introduced·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Put forward suggestions for change or improvement to processes·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support any local quality based training requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Engage in sustainability activities and put forward ideas to improve sustainability·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support supply chain audit practices·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure health and safety standards are met and followed·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide training and guidance to production operativesKey Experience:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO14001·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge and experience of quality tools and process improvement·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Have an experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally plastic extrusions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to apply and implement efficient processesQualifications:City &amp; Guilds or MVQ / BTEC in EngineeringQuality management qualificationsHours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00pm.The starting salary is £40kpa, with excellent company benefits.If you are a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer looking for a new opportunity, then we want to hear from you.Please apply online and complete the application form to be considered for this position.
