Job Title: Export Account Manager Location: Chesterfield, S44 Type: Permanent Industry: Administration Salary: £42kpa plus excellent company benefitsWorkchain is currently seeking an Export Account Manager for our client in Chesterfield, S44 on a permanent basis.Working from our Chesterfield office and reporting to the Lead Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating gross profit through developing, negotiating and administrating new and repeat business with customers within the Aerospace market across various locations.Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Development of a sales strategy and forecast for the UK and worldwide business·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Focus on maintaining and developing established customer relationships·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide a daily direct link to customers ensuring customer focus and service is maintained by meetings·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To continually monitor market dynamics and trends, recognising areas of opportunity or risk within the export sales area·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maximise potential from new and existing accounts·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work with Operations, Accounts and Purchasing Departments to ensure orders are completed as requiredRequired Skills and Qualifications:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ideally experience gained in a sales environment focusing on Aerospace metals in various locations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Outstanding communication skills and sales experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in developing relationships with and negotiating with customers and suppliers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Administration and contract management skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Focused understanding of customer care and after sales serviceIdeally candidates will have an experience of working within an aerospace sales or account management position and be able to provide excellent levels of client services.Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 2.00pm.The starting salary is £42kpa, with excellent company benefits.Please apply online and complete the application form to be considered for this position.
