Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator

Workchain is currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator for our client in Stoke on Trent on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be required to provide effective sales co-ordination and business administration duties for the region and sales area.

Candidates will be processing customer orders, answering customer enquiries, ordering stock and parts and providing excellent levels of customer services at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

·        To process customers orders / enquiries, progressing them to completion

·        To purchase products from both internal / external suppliers

·        To accurately quote transport costs utilising both internal and external transport companies

·        To organise customers delivery requirements

·        To keep customers informed at all times around delivery, shortages and completions

·        Providing pricing and quotations to new and existing customers

·        Ensure company product stock levels are accurate

·        To liaise with the Company's Credit Control department on all items relating to customers credit accounts and trade counter cash sales

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·        Ideally have an experience of working within the HVAC industry

·        Experience of working in a similar role, either a telephone sales or business administration position

·        Be able to provide excellent levels of customer service

·        Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email

·        Excellent organisational skills and be able to manage a busy workload

·        Able to work effectively as a part of a team but also independently

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

·        A qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service

·        Have an experience of working within the HVAC industry

·        Proficient PC skills with MS Office packages including MS Excel, Word and Outlook  

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.

The starting salary is £DOE, with excellent company benefits.

Previous experience of working within the HVAC industry is preferred.
