Full-time, 45 hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced Butcher to join our Savoury department at our bakery facility on Ascot Drive.
Key Responsibilities
Break down sides of pork into primals, bone and trim to meet precise quality standards.
Maintain a high level of food hygiene, working efficiently and cleanly to meet tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sausage production and high-care or cooked meat environments is an advantage.
Positive and adaptable attitude, able to work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety.
Commitment to meeting strict hygiene and food safety standards.
What We Offer
Fixed shifts (no rotation), immediate start available.
4 weeks of holiday per year, increasing to 5 weeks with 5 years of continuous service, plus bank holidays.

Requirements
Previous food production or butchery experience is essential.
