1 x Saturday in 5 - 0900 - 1200 (midday) paid as overtime.

Keeping customers up to date with deliveries times, dealing with with customer queries. general administrative duties. A passion for customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
