Workchain is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator for our client in Leicester, LE4 on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Operations and Purchasing Director, you will provide full Purchase Ledger Administration support to the company.

Candidates will be processing customer invoices, logging accurate financial data and providing excellent levels of client service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a flexible finance administration team

• Processing customer orders and completing all related financial administration

• Respond to customer and client emails and queries proving excellent levels if customer service

• Liaise regularly with customers and monitor their accounts

• To be responsible for managing customer account issues

• Log accurate financial data

Ideally candidates will have an experience of working within a financial administration support role, with an experience of Purchase Ledger and have an excellent level of administration skills. Other financial administration experience will be considered.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm however the client will offer flexibility around working hours.

The starting salary is up to £28kpa, with excellent company benefits.
