Workchain is currently seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Bathgate EH48 on a permanent basis.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis with excellent company benefits.

Immediate interviews and starts are available.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a range of HGV (Artic, Hiab and Hook Loader) during deliveries

Deliver and assist with set up and de install plant and hire equipment which includes tanks, manifolds, hoses, berms, pumps, and generators at customer sites

Equipment inspection including maintenance and repair and installs

Provide customer handover of rental equipment

Maintain driver logs and other regulatory record keeping requirements

Key Experience:
Full HGV Class 1 driving and delivery experience

Crane, ruck / lorry l or loader trained, however full training is provided

ADR desirable, not essential as training will be provided

Willing to make occasional overnight trips when required

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with overtime available during busy periods.

The starting salary is £35kpa, with excellent company benefits, with overtime during busy periods.
