Shifts: Flexible, 2 to 5 shifts per week (including weekends)

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers for ongoing temporary to permanent opportunities based in Bedford. Key Details:

• Temp to perm position with long-term opportunities

• Start times across various shift patterns (day and night shifts available)

• Opportunity to work 2 to 5 shifts per week, including weekend shifts

• Consistent and reliable work with a reputable transport and logistics operation

Pay Rates:

• £17.91 per hour – Weekday shifts (Monday to Friday)

• £20.43 per hour – Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities:

• Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in a safe and compliant manner

• Delivering goods to distribution centres or retail outlets

• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

• Completing all relevant paperwork and logbooks

• Adhering to all transport and road safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) UK driving licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience preferred

• Good understanding of drivers’ hours and working time regulations

• Flexibility to work across various shift patterns and days
