We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established fresh produce distributor based in Papworth Everard. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking drivers looking for long-term, stable work.

Position Details:

• Location: Papworth Everard

• Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

• Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday

  • Week 2: Monday to Saturday (rotating weekly)

• Start Time: 04:00am

• Shift Length: 10–12 hours per day

• Type: Temp to Perm

Role Responsibilities:

• Multi-drop deliveries of fruit and vegetables to customers across the region

• Handball involved – you’ll be required to load and unload deliveries

• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally

• Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence

• Valid CPC and Tacho Card

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Experience with early starts and long shifts preferred

• Strong work ethic and punctuality
