We are currently seeking an experienced Loading Shovel Driver to join our client's team on a continental shift pattern, working night shifts (4 on, 4 off). This is a key role in supporting the efficient movement and loading of materials within a fast-paced production or waste/recycling environment (depending on site type)

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and efficient operation of a loading shovel

Loading and moving materials as required across the site

Daily pre-start checks and reporting of any faults or damage

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working closely with site supervisors and other machinery operators to maintain workflow

About You:

Valid and up-to-date Loading Shovel (Wheeled Loader) licence/certification (e.g., NPORS, CPCS, or equivalent)

Previous experience operating a loading shovel in an industrial, quarry, waste, or similar environment

Strong understanding of health & safety on site

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during night shifts

Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically demanding role

You will be paid each week on a Wednesday, this is a temp to perm position and our client is looking for an immediate start.
