What You’ll Do:

• Operate production machinery to produce precision plastic components

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality

• Carry out routine checks and maintenance on equipment

• Work in line with health & safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a machine operating or manufacturing role

• Confidence reading basic technical documentation or measurements

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Team player with good communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
