Workchain is currently seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client based in Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, who has an experience of both mechanical and electrical repairs and servicing within a manufacturing environment.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.

Immediate interviews and starts are available.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform general maintenance including PPM and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment including extrusion machines, in house packing machines and general on site equipment

·        Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations are met at all times

·        Work closely with department managers and contractors to resolve issues efficiently

·        Maintain tools, supplies and accurate service records

Key Experience:

·        Hands on experience in maintenance engineering role and repairs within a manufacturing environment however other experiences will be considered

·        Strong fault finding and problem solving skills within a mechanical and electrical capacity

Qualifications:

·        Ideally a City & Guilds or MVQ / BTEC in Electrical Maintenance / Installation

Hours of work are a continental shift pattern, 4 days on 6.00am to 6.00pm, 4 days off, 4 nights on 6.00pm to 6.00am, 4 days off.

The starting salary is £41,500kpa, with excellent company benefits.
