Hours: Monday to Friday shift pattern
Weekly rotating shifts: 07:00–14:00 / 13:00–22:00

Role & Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of production equipment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain performance across the facility.
Your duties will include:
Performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on manufacturing machinery and site infrastructure
Delivering PPM schedules in line with CMMS requirements
Responding quickly to breakdowns and carrying out effective fault-finding and repairs
Installing, testing, and commissioning new production equipment
Supporting automation and continuous improvement projects
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, audit, and quality standards
Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Providing mechanical support across departments when needed
Required Skills & Experience
Strong electrical bias with proven multi-skilled maintenance experience
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment
Confident in fault-finding on PLCs, motors, drives, and pumps
Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Clear understanding of health and safety compliance in manufacturing
Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
