Event Assistant

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Job Type: Temporary

We are currently seeking an Event Assistant to join our team in Birmingham to be part of a team who will ensure the smooth running of a large annual event.

 Duties will include helping participants locate their seating and handing our uniform, directing attendees to their seats, break areas, monitor parking and setting the room up in the morning and clearing it down after the event has finished.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of events

- Set up and break down event equipmen

t- Greet and assist event attendees

- Ensure the smooth running of events

- Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience in events or hospitality is preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

 Job Benefits:

Shift Type: Days

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders and serving food and drinks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
