Warehouse Operative – (Rotating Shifts)

Location: Bourne, PE10

Shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–12am (rotating)

Pay: £13.45/hr

We’re looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established tyre company. This is a hands-on role, working with tyres throughout the full retreading process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling and moving tyres (manual handling involved)

• Sanding down tyres in preparation for retreading

• Operating machinery (full training provided)

• Supporting warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow

What we’re looking for:

• Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days and evenings)

• Previous warehouse or factory experience is a bonus, but not essential
