Job Title: Administrator Location: Langley Mill, NG16 Type: Permanent (TTP) Industry: Administration Salary: £25,500kpa + excellent company benefits Workchain is currently seeking an Administrator to join our client in Langley Mill, NG16 on a permanent basis.This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis with excellent company benefits, being a Temporary to Permanent position.Immediate interviews and starts are available. Key Responsibilities:Hours logging, absence reporting and return to work emailsRun weekly reports relating to workload and planningLog Holidays and absences on internal systemsEnsure reception area is checked dailyTaking office supply deliveries, stock checkingOverseeing of the petty cash within the officeOrdering of all office suppliesRaising expense claims for employeeIdeally candidates will come from a current administration role, have excellent organisational skills and Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel and be able to provide excellent levels of general administration support.Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm.The starting salary is from £25.5kpa with excellent company benefits, with overtime during busy periods.If you are a dedicated Administrator looking for a new opportunity, then we want to hear from you.Please apply online and complete the application form to be considered for this position.
