Admin Assistant – £15/hr – SE1 (Near Waterloo) – Mon to Sat – Weekly PayWe’re currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a busy team based in SE1 7DR, just a short walk from Waterloo. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who’s confident using systems and happy to support both customers and internal teams.Role Details:<ul><li>Location: SE1 7DR</li><li>Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30 (6 days a week)</li><li>Pay: £15 per hour – paid weekly (every Wednesday)</li><li>Duration: 1 month confirmed, with potential for extension</li></ul>What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Creating quotes and processing customer orders</li><li>Liaising with suppliers to get the best prices</li><li>Handling customer queries and providing product availability</li><li>Updating pricing and customer data in internal systems</li><li>Using spreadsheets to manage and update data</li><li>Supporting the trading counter and delivering great customer service</li><li>Carrying out general admin tasks across different departments</li><li>Assisting the wider team, including transport, to keep things running smoothly</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Previous admin or sales support experience</li><li>Confident using systems and working with data</li><li>Friendly, reliable, and a good communicator</li><li>Happy to work Monday to Saturday</li><li>Ready to start immediately</li></ul>Interested?
