We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Ashby-De-La-Zouch. This role is within the Office industry on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
