Customer Service Agent – Medical Company (Temp to Perm)

Maidstone, Kent

£12.27 per hour

Monday – Friday | Shift patterns: 8am–4pm or 10am–6pm

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Agent to join our client, a medical company in Maidstone, on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Booking deliveries and coordinating with patients and drivers

• Providing excellent customer service to vulnerable clients

• Maintaining accurate records

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and friendly attitude

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Ability to work within a structured team environment

• Enhanced DBS check (must already hold one or be willing to complete one)
