Customer Service Agent - Rochester - Temp - perm

Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour

Job Shift Type: Days

Monday - Friday rotating shifts - 3 weeks on 08:00 - 16:00 and then 3 weeks on 10:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve targets

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
