Workchain is currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our client's team in Stourport-On-Severn. This is a temporary to permanent position in the technical industry, offering a competitive weekly salary of a minimum of £634.08 there are increases when you go permanent!

This is 4 days work Monday to Thursday every week 0600 - 1800 and then 1800 - 0600 the week after rotating work

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Performing regular quality checks on finished products
- Following strict health and safety guidelines at all times
- Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements to supervisors

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of technical equipment and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
