Pay Rate: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities for Quality Manager:
- Develop and maintain quality standards and processes
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections
- Lead and motivate the quality team
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications for Quality Manager:
- Previous experience in a similar Quality Manager role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
