Our client in the Production industry is seeking a Production Supervisor ABS to join their team on a temporary to permanent contract. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor from deliveries to stock management. - Managing a team of production workers and ensuring targets are met - Implementing and maintaining quality control processes - Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to lead out in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000/ 14001 - Reporting on production output and identifying areas for improvement- Follow the computer ABS system and keep accurate records. - Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the production industry in a Supervisor role. - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of health and safety regulations This role offers a competitive pay rate of £13 per hour which when you go permanent will increase to be confirmed at the end of your temp to perm period.
